氧化胆固醇

氧化胆固醇是胆汁酸、类固醇激素、维生素 D3 和其他炎症和其他疾病状态的生物活性标志物发展的中间体。氧甾醇是甾醇的氧化产物,是与某些疾病相关的生物活性中间体,需要进一步研究以了解它们在疾病发病机制中的作用。氧甾醇有可能影响许多疾病,从心血管疾病(如动脉粥样硬化)到阿尔茨海默病、糖尿病和癌症。它表明,对氧甾醇的进一步研究和理解可能有助于更好地了解疾病。
