磷酸磷脂酰肌醇 PIPS
磷酸磷脂酰肌醇(Phosphoinositides,PlPs)是磷脂酰肌醇(phosphatidylinositols,Pl)的磷酸化衍生PIPS是膜结合脂质，在肌醇环上的不同位置进行动态磷酸化和脱磷酸化，以产生磷酸基团位置不同的物，多种磷酸化衍生物。不同的磷脂酰肌醇在不同的细胞器上含量不同，帮助不同细胞内膜系统发挥重要不同作用。PIPS是细胞信号传导的主要调节因子，充当调节许多细胞内信号传导亚细胞生物过程的第二信使，在细胞生长、增殖和物质转运，脂质代谢，病毒感染等等过程中发挥重要作用。
