类花生酸

类花生酸(Eicosanoids)是指一组主要来自花生四烯酸(arachidonic acids,AA)或二十二碳六烯酸 (docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)、二十碳五烯酸(eicosapentaenoic acid,EPA)、等其他多不饱和脂 肪酸通过脂氧合酶(lipoxygenase,LOX),环氧合酶(cyclooxygenase,COX)和细胞色素P450环氧化 酶(cytochrome P450 epoxygenase,CYP450)三个途径合成的具有生物活性的脂质介质。广泛存在于体 液和组织中,调节体内众多生理和病理过程。
